DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
You don’t need an account to complete a purchase. However, if you register with us you will be able to enjoy the following benefits through your BEARBOXERS account:

HOW DO I RESET MY PASSWORD?
If you have forgotten your password, change it by clicking on ‘Forgotten Password’ and follow the instructions from the ‘Sign in’ page to reset your password.. For security reasons we are unable to send your password via email.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES BEARBOXERS ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards. You can also choose to pay with PayPal. When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal’s site to ‘Log in’ and review the amount shown before clicking ‘Pay Now’. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to BEARBOXERS WOMEN. Payment is only debited from your card at time of dispatch.
IS THIS SECURE?
Yes super secure. At Bearboxers Women, your personal online security is important to us. We use the latest SSL encryption technology with MCafee Secure to store and safely transmit your personal account information through our systems. All orders are processed through a secure checkout system provided by PAYPAL. Additionally, for your safety and protection, we will confirm that the billing address you provide matches the address on file with your credit card company.An additional option is provided if you wish to send an order to an alternative address.
HOW MUCH WILL I HAVE TO PAY IN TAX AND DUTIES?
By default, product prices are exclusive of UK VAT. Due to the size of our business, we are currently not required to be VAT registered.Any changes in the future will be communicated to all our customers.Please note, duties for international shipping will be borne by the customer if applicable. Duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and itemised at the bottom of the Order Summary page.
WHY ARE SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS APPLIED?
Shipping restrictions are applied to ensure our couriers can ship to your destination before accepting an order. We ship to all countries in Europe, US and Canada and other selected international destinations. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for our shipping restrictions.
CAN I ADD ITEMS TO AN EXISTING ORDER?
It is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order. If you would like all your items to be delivered together, you will need to cancel your order(s) and place a new order which contains all the items you require. Certain items can,however, be shipped together if going to the same address and the subsequent order is placed within an hour of confirming your first order. WHERE IS MY ORDER?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, BEAR BOXERS is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.Please also be aware that unusually adverse whether conditions or circumstances beyond our control could affect the delivery of your order.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. If you have registered with us then you will be able to view and track the status of your shipment by signing in and selecting ‘My Account’ followed by ‘Order Status’. If you are not registered, sign up now so you can track future orders.
HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
You have 30days to decide whether you want to keep your items. To arrange an exchange or return, sign in to your BEAR BOXERS account and select My Orders, under My Account. Click CREATE EXCHANGE/RETURN and follow the steps. You will then receive a confirmation email with returns instructions and details about how to book your collection.Our returns address can be found under RETURNS on the our website. Alternatively, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange your returns.
WILL I RECEIVE A FULL REFUND AND WHEN ?
Your refund will either be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.
All applicable sales taxes are included in your refund if your order has been sent to a destination within the EU. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. You may be able to recover these costs by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
Please note that it can take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
